"James Howard Davis had discovered Fletcher B. Davis, Ida Lee, and A. A. Britt at the Blue Springs Cemetery in Independence County, Arkansas Family legend is that Fletcher B. got wet, caught pneumonia and died from it. See story about Fletcher, Ida, and Dock Britt listed with Fletcher B. Davis. Jewel Holcomb Cannady, Grand-daughter of Fletcher B. Davis: I firmly believed A. A. Britt lived in Texas around Paris where W. J. Holcomb lived or close in area. Ida Lee is said to have died in childbirth and the child only lived 3-4 mos. Some information from 1900 U. S. Census, Independence Co. Big Bottom Twp, Family 74; and Cemetery Records of Independence County AR. by Chalman E. Green And Mae Chinn Green."
