Individual Details

Henry Judy

(August 25, 1780 - December 27, 1848)

"Henry Judy was buried near "Tanner's Store" near Mount Sterling in Clark County, Kentucky." (NOTE FROM JUDIA TERRY: I presume this to mean just across the line, because Mount Sterling is not in Clark County, but Montgomery County. One other question I have concerns his wife or wives, one source has Hetty Grennen (Grenning) as one wife and Esther Grennen, as another wife. I wonder if Hetty and Esther were both pet names for one woman, possably a Hester Greening or Grennen). Information from HISTORY OF KENTUCKY, KENTUCKY CEMETERIES, VOL. II, and the TSCHUDI BOOK.)
