"Page 930: The Drew Co., Ark. Circuit Court was held May 1847 and Henry S. Hudspeth and Seaborn Greer were confirmed as administrators for the estate of Hardaman Greer and their bond approved.

"Page 931: The following men were sworn as grand jurors. Seaborn Greer was listed as on juror.

"Greer, Seburnd 120A Nov. 1, 1849 Champagnolle cash Certificate No. 708. Description of land: The East half of the North East quarter and the South West quarter of the North East Quarter of Section Thirty three, in Township twelve South of range seven West in the District of Lands Subject to Sale at Champagnole, Arkansas containing one hundred twenty acres. In testimony whereof, I, Zachary Taylor, President of the U.S., have caused these letters to be made PATENT, signed on November 1, 1849.





"Greer, Seburnd 80 A. Sept 1, 1852 Champagnolle cash Certificate No.3833. Description of land: The West half of the South West quarter of Section Twenty One, in Township Thirteen South of Range Seven West 1 mile the District of Lands subject to sale at Champagnolle, Arkansas containing Eighty acres. In testimony whereof, I, Franklin Pierce, president of U.S., have caused these letters to be made PATENT, signed on September 1, 1856.

Description of land: the North East Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section Twenty One in Township Thirteen of Range Seven West in the District of Lands subject to Sale at Champagnolle, Arkansas containing Forty acres. In testimony whereof, I, James Buchanan, President of U.S., have caused these Letters to be made 2 CONT PATENT, signed July 1, 1857.
