"The estates of Henry and Ann Austine were both settled 7 April 1823, with total value of $2,521.261/2. By her will Ann made certain bequests and the balance was divided into twelve parts to Eli Austion, Sarah White, David Austin, Betsey Goodall, Garrett Austin, Willis Austin, Mildred Wood, Durrett Astin, Walker Austin, Caroline (Cally) Austin, Ann Austin and Henry Austin, her children." "The children of Nancy Watts Austin are given in Murphy, Guardian's Bonds of Albemarle." (WATTS - HAMMACK GENEALOGY, by Gloria O. Palmer, 135 Northridge Drive, Grass Valley, California 95845, 1994. The records of Gloria O. Palmer indicate that Nancy Watts first name was Ann and that she died in March 1821.
