Leaves to his son Benjamin WATTS a share in the use and income of his still and "the plantation commonly called the schoolhouse with the tract of land bounded on Jas. Barbour and John WATTS, so up to the Great Branch, including the land between them" and Bland Ballard's line, estimated as 200 acres.
