"Benton - Wilton R. Roberts, Sr., aged 63, of Benton died Sunday. He was a native of Saline County, a retired employee of Reynolds Metals Company, a veteran of World War II and a member of Glen Rose Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nell Cates Roberts; a son, Wilton R. Roberts, Jr. of Mabelvale; three daughters, Mrs. Nancy Gadberry of Little Rock and Misses Sherry and Kathy Roberts, both of the home, and three grandchildren. Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Ashby Funeral Chapel here. Burial will be at New Rosemont Cemetery." (Gazette State News Service.)
