"Lucy (Chambers) Greer died June 2, 1957 at her home at Route 1, De Leon, Comanche County, Texas. She was born May 22 1872 in Brenham, Texas, and was the daughter of Joseph Allen Chamber, born in Alabama, and Eliza Jane Terry, born in Alabama. She died of Mycocardial Infarct, due to Hypertension and Arterio Sclerosis. She was buried on June 3, 1957 at the De Leon Cemetery. The informant was Marshall Greer."
