"Funeral services for Lola Bea Hebel, a 61-year old Albany resident, will be held Sunday, Nov. 9, 1997, at 2pm at the Albany Church of Christ with Brian Cope officiating. Burial will follow at Albany Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary, Albany. Mrs. Hebel died Thursday, Nov. 6, 1997, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene. Mrs. Hebel was born in Matador on April 19, 1936. She grew up in Rochester and moved to Albany in 1972. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, Danny Hebel and Gary Hebel, both of Albany; two daughters, Missie Hargrove of Seymour and Cyndi Hayworth of Breckenridge; five brothers, Cecil Hawley of Albany, Jesse Victor Hawley of Lufkin, Clarence Hawley and Dennis Hawley, both of Moran, and O.C. Hawley Jr., of Lamesa; five sisters, Jean Smith of Albany, Cleoda Stephens of Houston, Madeline Alexander of La Mirada, California, Renee' Hawley of Hobbs, New Mexico, and Barbara Hawley of Slaton; and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, O.C. and Beatrice Hawley; one son, Robert Allen Hebel, Jr.; one sister and one brother. Pallbearers will be Allen Ray Hebel, Thomas Kirk Hebel, Rowdy Wayne Hebel, Ricky Lynn Moss, Shane Etoy Hebel and Rusty Hawley. Honorary pallbearers will be Vanessa Ann Hebel, Charla Renee' Hebel, Heidi Jade Hebel, Michael Lee Hayworth, Christopher Thorne Hayworth and Ronald Gaylon Hargrove II. The family will receive friends Saturday, Nov. 8, from 6-7 pm at Morehart Mortuary in Albany. The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
