(January, 1787 - May 14, 1852)

"For the Nashville and Louisville Christian Advocate. Departed this life, on the 14th of May, 1852, Kisiah Williamson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elizabeth Bullard. Sister Williamson was born in Robinson County, North Carolina, January, 1787; joined the Methodist E. Church at the age of sixteen; was married to Jesse Williamson, at the home of her childhood, in the year 1804; moved with her husband and family to South Carolina in 1809, from thence to Alabama, Maringo Coutny, 1819, then in 1836, to Newton County, Miss., where she finished her earthly career. The deceased raised a large family of children - all grown. Sister Williamson has left her husband, Jesse Williamson, and a large family of children and friends to mourn their loss. But we confidently believe their loss is her infinite gain. R. A. Sibley. Pleasant Ridge, Newton County, Miss, May 19, '52. If any paper in Lumberton, N C, please copy."
