Samuel B. Gentry lived in Hanover (later Louisa) County, Virginia from 1723 until the 1750's when he began to divest himself of his lands in Louisa and moved to Lunenburg County, Virginia. It is believed that Samuel is the only son of Nicholas to move to Lunenburg County.
