(NOTE FROM RALPH TERRY: The obituary of W. C. Terry stated, "... his wife and two children have been dead for many years - was living with Howard York - died of apoplexy ..." (DeLeon Free Press, Friday, 21 Nov 1924.) I am not sure if this is referring to J. Evelyn and Edith Bass or another child of W. C. and Julia. W. C. Bruce and Julia separated before 1910. His will (file # 1552), made 12 Dec 1910 and probated in Jan 1925, shows him to be a widower with no children listed only some of his nieces and nephews.)
