(February 27, 1894 - June 30, 1982)

"Peggy Grace Sersain, 1894 - 1982. It is with great sadness that we inform you of her passing at Moscow, Idaho on June 30. Interment and Memorial Service were in Caldwell, Idaho on July 6. Born Peggy Grace Faulkner, fourth in a family of twelve. Pioneer daughter, traveling by wagon from Virginia to Oklahoma Territory. Became wife of Cloyd Sersain 1917. Children five ... death of daughter 1919 ... war loss of son 1946 ... husband 1980. Always Westward bound ... settling in Idaho in 1934. Following years given to family, church, and community. A lifetime Deacon. Great rejoicing, as family tree gave forth new sprouts ... grandchildren seven ... great - grandchildren three. Silver and Gold celebrations, shared with family and friends. Fragments from a life which leaves our hearts larger and our characters stronger because of her love and example. The Sersain Family." (Obituary of Peggy Grace Sersain - Lois Temple FGS 358ff.)
