"We (Juanita Terry and W. T. "Dick" Embry) met in 1947, at the Blue Anchor Cafe in San Angelo, Texas where she worked. I was working in the oil patch at that time in the San Angelo area. I told her the first night I saw her that I was going to marry her. We married in the summer of 1948 in San Angelo, and lived for a while in San Angelo, then in Santa Anna, Texas before moving back to my folk's home place near Abernathy to farm in 1955."
