Funeral services for Henry H. Herrin Sr., 61, of 2720 9th Court, will be conducted Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Rosedale Baptist Church, with burial in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.
Mr. Herrin, who died Monday morning at Druid City Hospital, is survived by his widow, Mrs. Clister Herrin; two sons, H.H. Herrin Jr., who is missing in action in Vietnam and Paul Edward Herrin of California; two brothers, Percy Herrin of Cottondale and Paul E. Herrin of California; two sisters, Mrs. Imogene Hancock of Cottondale and Mrs. Johnnie Davenport of Durham, N.C.; three step-daughters, Mrs Christine Willingham of Macon, Ga., Mrs. Roberta Montgomery of Cottondale and Mrs. Linda Strickland of Tuscaloosa; five step-sons, Douglas Banks of Hayden, Bruce, Eugene, James and Dale Banks, all of Tuscaloosa; eight grandchildren, 15 step-grandchildren and other relatives.
Serving as active pallbearers will be Thomas Strickland, James W. Banks, Chuck Herrin, Adrion L. Herrin Jr., Harold L. Herrin and E.C. Herrin.
