Son of Henry Alexander Herren and Maude Pearl Deese. Husband of Willie Mae Allen.
Funeral services for Alonzo L. Herren, 51, of Crescent Lane, will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church Wednesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. John Hogan officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park.
Mr. Herren died Sunday. He was an employee of Central Foundry.
Suvivors include his wife; three sons, William D. Herren, James M. Herren and Jerry Eugene Herren; his mother Mrs. Pearl Gore, and a brother, Floyd Herren, all of Tuscaloosa; a sister, Mrs. Saby Roycroft of New Jersey; three grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Paul Singleton, Clyde Jones, R.J. Martin, L.M. Stephens, Herschel Chesnutt and J.P. Johnson.
