Emma was 36 years old when she died. May 19, 1881 Emma Charlotte Ivory signed her last will and testament. She gave all her estate to her daughter Jessie L. Ivory. If Jessie died without issue the estate went to Emma's brothers and sisters: Russell M. Jones, Henry W. Jones, and Hattie W. Collins, all of Henderson, NY and Sarah M. Manville of Adams, NY.
