Individual Details

Guy Melville Wilson

(3 Feb 1890 - 3 Dec 1932)

A Guy Wilson had been married about the age of 16. He had 3 children. The 3rd child's obituary called it a sad case as the mother had died in childbirth and the other 2 children had also previously died. The 3rd child also perished after less than 1 year. So, by the time he was 19, Guy had been married, had 3 children, and lost them all!
This was a big puzzle for me. I finally found his marriage certificate. And it was a different Guy Wilson who lived in the same area. He is the one with the children. Our Guy Wilson never married and never had children.
Our Guy Wilson also served in World War I and died in the VA hospital due to complications probably from mustard gas exposure.
