Charles Henry Foster Sr.

(23 Jun 1827 - 7 Jan 1910)

Charles Henry Foster was born in Plastow Green, Kingsclere, Hampshire, England to Stephen Foster and Elizabeth Taylor. He immigrated to Waterford, Oakland Co., Michigan in 1850. In the Fall of 1858 he married Ann Rolfe and they became the parents of five children, raising their family in the Maple Grove Township of Saginaw Co., Michigan. The Foster family migrated by wagon train to Teton Basin, Idaho in 1882. Henry Foster died in Monida, Beaverhead Co., Montana and was buried in the Sutton Cemetery; Archer, Madison Co., Idaho.
