Declared intention to become a citizen on eptember 23, 1927 in the District Court of the U.S. at Newark, Nj.J.
I am married; mywife is Antigone
We were married on Sept. 19, 1926 at Newark, NJ.
She was born at Fayetteville, North Carolina on March 15, 1909
She now resides at 16 Sidney Place, Newark, N.J.
I have 2 chldren: Angelina born July 16, 1927; Nicholas born July 13, 1928; both born and reside in Newark, NJ.
My last foreign residence was Derrahion, Greece.
I emigrated from Naples, Italy.
Lawful entry was Boston, Massachusetts under the name of George Tjouvelis on Sept. 20, 1916 on the vessel Cretic.
I have resided continuously in the US for five years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition since Sept. 20, 1916 in the County of Essex of this state, continuously next preceding the date of this petition, since July 5, 1919, being a residence within said county of at least six months next preceding the date of this petition.
I have not heretofore made petition for citizenship.
I pray that I may be admitted a citizen and that my name be changed to George Nicholas Juvelis.
