Officers found Oliver Nathan McCoy, 48, lying between the tracks. He was alive and not even scratched.
They asked if he was run over by a rain.
"Yes," he said. "When I seen that train comin' I wasn't about to raise up."
McCoy was booked at county jail on drunkenness charges"

McCoy was arrested Tuesday night after he ran into a parked car owned by J. J. Rose.
He was sentenced to a mandatory five day term in jail, imposed because of his one prior offense and at the termination faces 80 days in jail or a payment of $420. McCoy's license was suspended for one year.
