Elisha ADAMS

Caverly, 1872, says that Elisha married Stella, daughter of Oliver Bogue, resided a few years in the village and kept a store in company with John Merriam, but afterwards left town.
Later, on page 342, he says that Elisha married in 1811, and "after residing a few months with his father-in-law, moved to Malone, N.Y., where he remained four years; thence he removed to Norfolk, where Mrs. Adams died in 1826. Mr. Adams died in Canada about the year 1850." Note that there is a Norfolk, NY, though he doesn't say which state. However, Elijah Brown, Jr. lived and died in Norfolk, NY.
