At the time of application for probate for her father's death, 15 Sep 1890, Susannah lived in Webster, OH. She had the surname Weaver at that time. She signed the receipt for her share of the estate with her mark.
According to a tree at ancestry, the Susannah and Abraham in the census were brother and sister and children of Henry Fulkerth, grandchildren of Christopher Fulkerth who lived in Frederick Co., MD. Census indicated a daughter in the gap between Jonathan and Sophia, so that's possibly Susannah.
