"Chattanooga, Tenn. - Richard H. Fulker, 55, of 7311 Kenmoore Dr., died Sunday in the Chattanooga, Tenn., Memorial Hospital.
Born in Piqua on Dec. 15, 1920, he was a son of Ruth Duncan Fulker and the late Hobart Fulker.
Mr. Fulker was a member of the Baptist Church, the Scottish Rite and the Shrine, all of Chattanooga, Tenn. He was a sales engineer for the Pemco Corp.
Surviving are his mother; his wife, Willie Mae Templeton Fulker; and one brother, Robert Fulker, of Piqua.
Services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Chattanooga Funeral Home, McCaullic Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and until time of services on Wednesday."
