Information on this family is from various gedcoms and websites,unverified unless otherwise noted. There are some apparent discrepancies in places of birth, with William listed as born in VA but some of the children from the first wife being born in TN.
Virginia County Court Records, Prince William County, Virginia, Order Book, 1761-1762, Ruth & Sam Sparacio, The Antient Press, Virginia, 1998, has abstracts. 3 Oct 1761, pg. 5 of the records, pg. 4 of the book, has this: "Spiller &c. v Farrow's Executors. Waddington [sic] Spiller & Lydia his Wife, Pltfs. v John Graham, Ann Farrow & Alexander Farrow, Executors &c. of William Farrow, Deced., Defendts. In Chancery."
Note that many records of Prince William County were destroyed, including the will book that contains the will of William Farrow.

In obedience to an Order of the Worshipfull the Court of County aforesd. dated August 7th, 1769, I went in Company wth James Ingoe Dozer & Benja. Cowper who were the only persons therein concerned & by their consent laid off One hundred acres of land part of a tract of Three hundred & thirty three acres agreeable to the Will of Warrington Spiller deced which sd One hundred acres of land was devised by sd Warrington Spiller to his son Warrington Spiller, Begg. at A, a sloping white Oak four poles from Spillers Branch & in Francis Jacksons line, thence with Jacksons line S.E. to b, a Hickory, thence S.E. to C, a red Oak, thence N.E. to D, a Hickory & white Oak corners to Jackson & Geo. Byrn, thence with Byrn No. W. to E., a white Oak on a branch side, thence No. E. to F, two white Oaks on sd branch side, thence leaving Byrn & running N.W. to G, a Clift on Turkey Branch above Halls Cabbin thence down sd branch & binding therewith to H. Florences Line, thence wth Florence S.W. to I, a Corner to sd Florence & Saml Dishman on North side of Occoquan, thence S.E. to the beginning containing 100 acres. Laid by a scale of one hundred pole to an Inch. Survey'd by Cornelius Kincheloe S.P.W.C.
At a Court held for Prince William County the 2d day of October 1769 This Platt of One hundred acres of land laid off for James Ingoe Dozer was returned by the Surveyor and ordered to be recorded.
