Surrogate's Court, Franklin Co, Malone, NY on 10 May 1853, Ezra FULLER of Bangor, is appointed administrator of the estate of his father, Daniel FULLER (late of Westville) 10 May 1853(See Ref:R1771).

Daniel possibly has a daughter (b:1820-1825)(See Ref:R3101).

It is not confirmed that Daniel is the father of James M, but common family locations and movements make it probable(See Ref:R3330).

It may be pertinent that Asaph, Daniel's son was married 1817 in Vineyard(See Ref:R0008:Asa Fuller Pension File).

Daniel is in Rutland, VT in the 1810 census. Also in this town is Ozias Fuller born abt 1770 in Rutland and died 17 oct 1819 in Rutland. Not likely to be closely related to each other.

A Fuller, Daniel was on the 1825 tax list Ft Covington, NY (See Ref:R1592).

Daniel's Pension Record indicates: "FULLER, Daniel, S9903, MA & NH Line, applied 30 Apr 1833 Franklin County NY aged 72 a resident of Fort Covington NY, soldier was born at Lynn MA in 1761 & lived there at enlistment, soldier also served as a substitute for his uncle Adam Hawkes of Lynn MA, in 1779 soldier moved with his father and family to Temple NH & also enlisted there & lived there for 10 to 12 yrs then moved to Hancck NH for 12 yrs then moved to New Andover VT for 7 yrs then to Shrewsbury VT for 1 yr & in 1811 moved to Fort Covington NY, It was stated soldier had 2 brothers who died in service"(See Ref:R1608:1285)(See Ref:R1925).

Daniel received $20 per year pension commencing 4 Mar 1831 (See Ref:R1925).
