Abraham Herr Senior

Abraham Herr came to America in 1717 with his four sons, and probably with his father, Hans Herr. He received a patent for 600 acres on 30 November 1717 on the west side of the Conestoga River. On page 788 (correction page to Theodore Herr's book), it says that Abraham built a home in the 1720s "at 25 Bentley Lane in Lancaster Township near Millersville...."

Death
Abraham Herr, Sr.'s property was inventoried 1725 July 10 in then Chester County, now Lancaster County. However, Raymond and Elizabeth Martin believed that he died in 1739.Marriage
Feronica Musselman and Abraham Herr were likely married between 1711 and 1720. Abraham Herr's first wife, Anna, had a child around 1710, and the only certain birth date for one of Feronica's children is 1722.Birth
