Death
SOURCE: THE MONTICELLO EXPRESS...PAGE 4....DECEMBER 29, 1904Mrs. Greta Null, the widow of the late John Null died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Carl Vanderham, at Johnsontown, last Saturday forenoon, at the age of 81 years 2 months, 10 days. The funeral was held at St. John's Lutheran church of Wayne township on Tuesday, the funeral services being conducted by Rev. Wm. L. Schuetz. Mrs. Null, whose maiden name was Grumm, was born in the Province of Hanover, Germany. After marriage, but more than fifty years ago, she came to America and settled with her husband and family at Dixon, Illinois. Nine years later they moved into the vicinity of Monticello, where Mr. Null died 21 years ago. The deceased is survived by four children, Wm. Null of Lemars, Gerd Null of Wayne township, Henry Null of Johnsontown, and Mrs. Carl Vanderham of the same place. All were present at the funeral.
