To A. L. & S. V. Hawkins.... tract of land lying in Anderson county, Kentucky on the Kentucky River and bounded thus: Beginning at the mouth of the spring branch of the Kentucky River corner to G. B. Hawkins thence up said branch to a white ash thence with Price Hawkins line to a stone thence with a line of said Price Hawkins to an ash corner to Francis Hawkins thence with his line to a stone corner to Robert Montgomery, then with Montgomery's line to a white oak stump corner to said Montgomery thence with his line down a small drain to Clay Lick branch thence down Clay Lick to a sycamore thence down the same to a sugar tree corner of the Reuben Boston tract and thence with a line of said tract to a large buckeye in a drain thence down said drain to a small elm corner to Wm. Barnes and thence with Barnes line to a buckeye and elm on the Kentucky River and thence up the river to the beginning, containing about 300 acres. In witness whereof, I, Benjamin L. Hawkins and E. AQ. Hawkins, my wife
who hereby relinquishes her right to said land, have subscribed our names this March 5th, 1860.

In consideration of $3000 paid me by A. L. Hawkins, S. V. Hawkins, B. N. Hawkins, and L. H. Hawkins the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, Price Hawkins, have sold... unto the said Messrs. Hawkins a certain tract.... on the Kentucky River....containing about 130 acres....In witness whereof the said Price Hawkins and Elizabeth P. Hawkins his wife (who hereby relinquishes her right to said tract of land) have subscribed their names, said Price Hawkins hereby reserves one sixteenth of an acre of land embracing the graveyard. February 21, 1861
