Nathaniel Joslin

(12 Jun 1627 - 8 Apr 1694)

Nathaniel came to America with his parents in 1635 when he was eight years old. He first lived in Hingham with his family, moving to Lancaster in Nov 1654 along with his father. He married in 1656/7 and made his home in Lancaster where all his children were born. After the massace and burning by the Indians in King Philip's War, Feb 10 1675, the settlement of Lancaster was abandoned. He went to Marlborough where he remained until his death in 1694.
