Henry Milton English

Henry English b. 1773 in Cumberland County, Pa. came into North Carolina from Tn. about 1800. He had a brother Samuel born about 1771 or that time frame. Henry and Samuel's father was Robert English. Henry and Rachel Jemima lived in the Yellow Mountain area of western N. C. Although Henry is buried in the English cemetery outside of Marion, N.C., it is not known where Jemima is buried. They had children: William English, b. 1799, Daniel English, b. 1800, Henry English, Jr., b. 1806 and Gabriel English, b. 1809, my gg grandfather (Julia English Spicer 2005)
