Notes
Death
My dad A. W. "Al" Furr died this afternoon at 3:49. I had just walked back in his room when he took his last breath. He was 91. My Dad was talented, smart, bigger than life. And a gentle man whose smile was the last thing to leave. I have so many wonderful memories, and I am glad I had these three years to take care of him and my mother. I am filled with gratitude for a father who loved us and we always knew. I will miss you, Dad.Gary Allison Furr, March 22, 2025
