As I have a good dob for brother George W. of 2/15/1813, it would seem
not possible for William to share the same birth year. Unless, of course,
they were twins, which evidence there seemsnone so far, or unless the
1813 date for William is in errror. As I do not know how this date was
arrived at for William, I cannot yet say what his dob was, which is why I
have made it an "abt." date.
