E-correspondence from Mike Engel in response to my query re: citing a
specific source (in proper genealogical fashion) for William Larkin &
Elizabeth Washer's marriage. My question was basically, is this
documentable, and from what source? This was the reply:
"The marriages come from the Hardin County, KYrecords. I found them
both in Hardin County in the 1810 census and her as a widow in 1820. She
was living with son Greenberry in Warren County in 1860. Have some info
from contact descended from Washer/York marriage."
This is interesting, as the dod I have for her, from other
researchers, is quite a bit earlier than 1860, though still in Warren Co.
