Many researchers place Sarah's birthplace as Stafford Co., VA. I don'tbelieve this is the case. The evidence seems to indicate that all ofRichard Foote's children were born in England. Richard Foote, Jr. ismentioned as being the first of the Foote children to settle inVirginia. Perhaps Sarah came to Va. with her brother.
