[NOTE: needs further research, parents John and Joanna, unsourced, appear to be Sill-216 who died at Cambridge in about 1650 but his wife Joanna supposedly lived another 20 years. ( ??? Fillbrook=1) dates do not match.]
Biography

Elizabeth Sill (Sills/Schell/Scill) was born about 1637, daughter of John and Joanna Sill [1] and came to New England with her parents between June and December. 1637. [2]
She married at Cambridge, MA on Oct. 28, 1652, Zachariah Hicks [3], son of Thomas and Margaret (West) Hicks of Scituate, MA. Zachariah was born about 1628/9. [1]
They resided on Brighton Street and his estate extended from Winthrop Street to Mt. Auburn Street. [1]
Zachariah died at Cambridge on Aug. 5, 1702, aged 73. [3] [1] [4]
Elizabeth died there on Sept. 12, 1730, aged 93. [3][1] She is buried in the Old Burying Ground, Cambridge. Her inscription reads: Here lyes ye Body of Mrs. Elizabeth Hicks, Relict of Mr. Zacharias Hicks, who Died Sept. 12th 1730 in ye 94th Year of her Age. [4][5] [6]

Zachariah born Sept. 27, 1657; married Ruth Green daughter of John, born Nov. 26, 1661 at Cambridge and died by 1704.[3] [8] He married second Mrs. Seeth Andrew, widow of William on June 22, 1704. [7] [9]

Joseph baptized Jan. 12, 1661. CR1[3]; died at the age of 84 in 1746; married Bethiah Green in March, 1693. She was born Jan. 20, 1672 and sister of Ruth, his brother Zachariah's wife. [8] She died in Apr., 1708 [4]; he married second, Rebecca Palfrey on Nov. 29, 1716. [7] [9]
Thomas baptized July 3, 1664 CR1[3]; probably died young.
Hannah baptized Mar. 4, 1665-6. CR1; married Thomas Stacie (Stace/Stacey) at Cambridge on June 20, 1683. [3] [7]
Margarett born July 3, 1668; [3] married first John Fuller on Oct. 11, 1714; married second john Weld at Roxbury on June 6, 1723. [7]
