She was born Dec. 5, 1911, in Elk River, Minn., to Fayette and Flora Blair Putnam. She married Julius Steen on July 25, 1928, in Bend. He died previously.
She was a homemaker and worked at Wagner's Market in Bend for several years.
Survivors include three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Her daughter, Norma Sholes Skaggs, died previously.
Arrangements by Andreason's Cremation & Burial in Springfield.
