Thomas B Kerr, ex-Treasurer of the Braodway Surface Railroad Company, was indicted with Jacob Sharp, Richmond, Foshay and others for brobery of the "boodle" Aldermen of 1884 in New York. All of the charges were eventually dropped after several years.
