Unknown (Palmer) Rowley migrated to New England during the Puritan Great Migration (1620-1640).
A daughter of William Palmer-- first name not confirmed-- married Henry Rowley. In Great Migration Begins, (p 1385), Anderson in writing about William Palmer's children, says:[1] There is no evidence that her name was Sarah or Sarah Ann.
iii. Daughter [by first wife Francis _____],(*) b. say 1610, probably m. by about 1630 HENRY ROWLEY.
Some have provided a birth/baptisms of 11 Jun 1609 in Parham, Somersetshire, but there is no record to support such a birth.
Note that Anderson does not provide a first name for this daughter. Nor does he provide a maiden name for her mother Francis.
(*)elsewhere and since GMB, others have argued that William Palmer had a wife earlier than Francis, name unknown, and that SHE was the mother of the daughter who married Henry Rowley.[citation needed]
In Anderson's profile for Henry Rowley he writes:
"Florence Barclay, in her article on WILLIAM PALMER of Plymouth, supplied the evidence in favor of the position that the mother of Moses Rowley was a daughter of William Palmer (see also PCR 3:45-46)[*; ... There are many unresolved problems with this identification. Moses Rowley, who was certainly a son of Henry, married in 1652, which should place his birth no later than 1632, and probably somewhat earlier... [many details; see original]... it makes it almost impossible for Sarah Rowley also to have been born in Plymouth as a child of the Palmer wife. On the other hand, Rowley may have married _____ Palmer in England, in which case both Moses and Sarah could be children of this wife, born in England... There are other possibilities."[2]
[*] Here's what PCR 3:45-46 says:
"7 March 1653/4: In respect to a will extant of William Palmer, of Plymouth, deceased, the overseers of the said will doe allow unto Moses Rowley, of Barnstable, a cow to bee vallued for the prise thereof, as Mr. Thomas Prence and the said Moses Rowely shall agree, and what they agree upon bout the prise of the said cow to bee entered into the Court Records."
This allowance of something from the estate of William Palmer implies that Moses Rowley could claim direct-line descendancy from William Palmer.
Note:
The Great Migration Begins: Immigrants to New England, 1620-33 does not recognize Sarah as a child of Walter Palmer.

Not sure if this is a good enough source, but I thought I'd add this comment and let the pre-1700 geniuses decide. I just finished working on this guy on my ancestry and I have the following for marriage data for him
: Name: Henry Rowley
Gender: Male
Spouse Name: Sarah Palmer
Spouse Birth Place: England
Spouse Birth Year: 1604
Marriage Year: 1624
Source Information Yates Publishing. U.S. and International Marriage Records, 1560-1900 [database on-line]. Provo, UT, USA
This would suggest that he and Sarah Palmer were married in England before arriving in the Plymouth Colony. Furthermore, I read a note in one of the family histories that said he came over with his wife Sarah and their daughter in 1632. That would support the above evidence. Do with it what you will.

BURIAL Unknown
MEMORIAL ID 34105552 ·
Sarah Palmer, daughter of William and Frances Palmer, was born in England on an unknown date, possibly in circa 1610. She married Henry Rowley in England prior to 1630. When and where she died is unknown but was prior to October 17, 1633, the date the widower Henry Rowley married as his second wife, Anne Elsdon (q.v. Helsdon) at Plymouth, Mass., the widow of Deacon Thomas Blossom, Sr.
Sarah Palmer and Henry Rowley had two known children:
i. Sarah Rowley, born circa 1630 likely in England and died at Falmouth, Mass. purportedly on Dec. 17, 1710. She married Apr. 11, 1646 at Barnstable, Mass. to Jonathan Hatch. He died at Falmouth, Mass. on Dec. 10, 1710. Eleven children of the family.
ii. Moses Rowley, born circa 1632 likely at Plymouth, Mass. and died testate June 14, 1705 at Haddam, Conn. He married Apr. 22, 1652 at Barnstable, Mass. to Elizabeth Fuller, eldest child of Dr. and Capt. Matthew Fuller of Plymouth and Barnstable, Mass., granddaughter of Edward Fuller of the 1620 passage of the Mayflower. She was born Apr. 4, 1626 probably in England (her father did not arrive in New England with his family until shortly before 1640) and died after March 7, 1714/15 at Colchester, Conn. Nine children of the family.
