Elizabeth is found in the late 1820's living with her son, Henry
Baker. It looks like after or shortly before Henry's marriage,
Elizabeth (Shepherd) Baker Milburn is found living in the household of
her daughter, Leah (Baker) Short and husband, Daniel Henry Short -
Pound, Wise Co., VA.

In 1856 Elizabeth (Shepherd) Baker (evidently dropped the Milburn) is
found on the 'Overseer of Poor List' and is living in the house of
Leah & Daniel Short and they receive money for her keep.
Elizabeth disappears from Census in 1860, so we presume she has died as she would be over age 70. (No she is in the 1860 census age 81, mm)
