Father's will dated 6-29-1726 gives 10 shillings to son Thomas. Ref: Richard Plummer. Gussie Phillips suggests wife was Sarah Watson-no per Charlote Garl. Maryland Marriages 1634-1777.to SARAH WILSON; he inherited 10s from will of father their children from his will:-----list 8 per main file. In 1744 Thomas III was granted "Greenland" along Thurston Rd SW of Hyattstown,Frederick Co.,MD.WILL of Thomas Plummer SR Frederic Co; written 27 Nov 1773; probate 20 Feb 1774.To son Thomas Plummer,Ex., all of my estate both real and personal except the following legacies:

He (Thomas) obtained a warrant 23 December 1743 for the 37 acre GREENLAND on a branch of Bennett"s Creek about one hundred and fifty yards from a branch on the west side thereof called Flush Spring Branch in then Prince George"s County. A patent was issued the following April 10th. (Patent Libeer LG#E, folion 298). In present terms, it is located along Thurston Road southwet of Hyattstown near Sugar Loaf Mountain in Frederick County, MD. Thomas gave depositions to a commission established to "prove and perpetuate the memory of bounds" for two tracts of land in Prince George"s County. He declared his age as about 55 on 24 March 1746/7 and about 58 on 14 February 1748/9. Being one of the people called Quakers, he affirmed his statements. (Liber EE-1, folios 195, 689).
WILL OF THOMAS PLUMMER written 27 November 1773 and proved 20 January 1774 in Frederick County MD (Liber A-1, Folio 481). Son, Thomas, all of the estate both ral and personal. To son, Samuel and daughters, Dorcas, Priscilla, Phebe, Mary, Susannah, and Ruth Plummer, 5 shillings each. Executor: son Samuel Plummer.
