"Nathan, son of David Comstock, was born at Smithfield, in 1739 and died Feb 16 1832. He was of Wrentham, Massachusetts and was a member of the MA convention which ratified the Constitution of the United States, Feb 7, 1788. He was a member of the Society of Friends. In 1789 he was a member of the general court of Massachusetts. He married, Jan 2, 1763, Abigail Arnold, born in 1744, died Dec 19, 1830, daughter of Sethe ARnold, son of John Arnold, who owned land at Woonsocket RI and built the first mill there in 1710. Children: Cyrus, Lucina, Sarah.

Nathan and Abigail are buried Wrentham Cemetery.
