Blakey, Junr. of Barton Co MO for the sum of $2000, sell the following: begin NE corner of Lot 30 in Block 10, first tier of lots, thence South nineteen feet, thence West to Wells & Pattons line, thence North nineteen feet, thence East to the beginning. Also beginning at the NW corner of said lot 30, Block 10, thence East 40 feet and 2 inches; thence South to a corner of William McAdams lot, thence West 13 feet and 4 inches; thence South 8 feet, thence West to Patton's alley; thence North to the beginning. Miller running on Section line North twenty rods thence East nineteen rods, thence South twenty rods, thence West nineteen rods to the beginning, except that portion of the tract sold by me to Joseph O'Neal and Peter Apperson.
