We, Henry, Francis and Thomas Poindexter, certify that we have received the sum of one thousand, three hundred and sixty dollars seventy four cents from Peter Clingman our Guardian, It being in full of our interest in the Estate of Francis and Thomas Poindexter, decd. I suspect this is Francis Anderson in 1820:

Francis and Rosannah are seen as having died in North Carolina. I think that is highly unlikely since they were living in Tennessee in 1880 and were quite aged. It also seems unlikely that they would be taken back to North Carolina for burial. Perhaps they have commemorative stones back in NC, or it's just an error. The book by Frances Casstevens says that Francis did return to live with his daughter Ann, wife of Thomas Scott Martin, dying at Huntsville, NC.
