Image 19: Miriam Wight, the daughter of Ephraim Wight and Lydia his wife, was born the 22nd day of the 6th month (August in o.s. dating) 1675.
Image 20: Joseph Allen, the son of Joseph Allen and Hannah his wife was born December 19th, 1676.
Image 142: Joseph Allen and Miriam Wight were married November 4th 1701 before Mr. Joseph Baxter
Image 39: Joseph Allen, the son of Joseph Allen and Miriam his wife, was born August 17th 1702.
Image 41: Miriam Allen, the daughter of Joseph Allen and Miriam his wife, was born May 27th 1704.
Image 45: Moses Allen, the son of Joseph Allen and Miriam his wife, was born September 20th 1708.
Image 52: Lydia Allen, the daughter of Joseph Allen and Miriam his wife was born September 25th 1714.
Image 53: Aaron Allen, the son of Joseph Allen and Miriam his wife, was born Feb 13th 1715/16.
Image 182: Joseph Allen, the husband of Miriam Allen, died May 25th 1727.
Image 183: Hannah Allen, the widow of Joseph Allen died ____ 1730.
A second copy was made in 1878 and is on the same film as the above beginning with image 220 - except the births are grouped in families.
It should be noted that Medfield was part of the early Massachusetts county of Suffolk. Norfolk was a completely different county that was eliminated in 1679. Not until 1793 was the area renamed as Norfolk again and today Medfield is in Norfolk County.
