Abigail Williams born 7 July 1663 Salem, Essex, Massachusetts, Died 26 March 1714 Sudbury, Middlesex, Massachusetts Her parents: Joseph Williams and Sarah Browning.
There seems to be no place for a daughter Abigail born in 1663.
Note: Salem births on AmericanAncestors list Joseph, s. of Joseph Williams & Sara (Browning) was born ___1663.
Joseph, son of Joseph Williams and Sara (Browning) was born Mar. 17, 1664/5
Joseph, s. of Joseph and Sara (Browning) died 8th of the 11th month, 1664
Joseph Williams and Sara Browning were married the 20th of the 9th month, 1661. (Salem Marriages)
Then I found on FamilySearch.org - Abigaile Williams was born 7 Dec 1673, Salem, Essex, MA to Joseph & Sara Williams. She was a twin to son Benjamin. In the marriage records - digitized from the Town Records, an Abigail William married Thomas Massey, 3 Jan 1698. Then an Abigail Williams married Jonathan Archer, 8 Nov 1699 in Salem.
There is also a marriage for Samuel Allen & Abigail Williams in Marblehead, Manchester, MA, 17 Mar 1686 - this is a very different Samuel.
Abigail was apparently a second wife, and I suspect much younger than Samuel.
