To son William, the tract he now lives on bought of John ?Ginkons, 300 acres. Should William die, his inheritance to go to my son James Dunkin. To son William all his moveable or personal estate belonging to the said plantation he lives on. To daughters Elizabeth An and Ealis (Alice?0 To grandsons John and William Rochester. To daughter Phillis Rochester. To grandson & granddau John & Elizabeth Dunkin, son and daughter of my son James. Although John Dunkin, father of Phyllis is confused with a very different John Duncan who was married to Elizabeth Holtzclaw in a very different part of Virginia, he is NOT that John. Elizabeth Holtzclaw was not even born when the above John Dunkin wrote his will and they lived in very different parts of Virginia.
