Son Peter, the land left me by my deceased father, Peter Dunkin; son William; daus. Elizabeth, Anne, & Alice, 1 sh each; grandsons John and William Rochester; dau. Phyllis Rochester, 1 horse; grandchildren John & Elizabeth, children of James Dunkin; son James; grandson John, son of Peter Dunkin.

Dunkin, John Died leaving a will by 22 Feb 1726. Son of Peter Dunkin. Married before 14 Mar 1698/9 to Elizabeth Jenkins who was perhaps the daughter of Nicholas & Ann Jenkins. Children were James, Peter, William, Elizabeth, Anne who married Anthony Morgan, Alice, Phyllis who married William Rochester by whom she had sons John and William.

James Dunkin, son of John above, died without a will by 1726. His wife was Ann; children were John & Elizabeth.

Brothers of John Dunkin:
Charles Dunkin died by 1712, son of Peter who was dead by 1700. Married Frances who married second to Mr. Grace. Her will, dated 1744, proved 1747, named son Henry Duncan and daughters Mary Scott and Elizabeth McBoyd.
Henry Duncan, died 1711, son of Peter Dunkan. Married before May 1703, Dorothy, widow of a McClanacan. Dorothy's will named children Sarah married to Edward Williams, Sarah Owen, Ann Dunkan, Blanchflower Dunkan and William MacClanacon. Dorothy married 3rd, John Waters.
