There was another child that could have been the eldest child of Thomas and Lucy, but no parents are named in her baptismal record. Margaret Jadwin was baptised 20 Jul 1584 - she later married Christopher Jeffery, 30 Apr 1629. (this marriage when she was about 35 seems somewhat suspect to me that this is indeed the same Margaret.. she was also apparently born about six months after the marriage.) I have chosen not to add her to the family.

The Skillicorne family is a very ancient family in Lancashire. They are said to have noted on the Isle of Mann even earlier - the name being Norse (Skylycorne) on the Isle of Mann.
