Names grandchildren Charles & Joseph Russell to have 100 acres, Richmond Co where Charles Russell lived; grandaughter Jane Bengey to have 60 acres between new ground & head of Fox Grape Swamp. Son John, remaining land. Grandau Anne Bengey. Grandaughter Eleanor Croucher (sic - Critcher); John Croucher in Consideration of trouble burying me, executor, son John.

Daughter Anne to have all land in Richmond County. If she has no heirs, goes to sister Winifred. Daughter Jane. Bro-in-law John Crutcher and wife Anne to for children until they are age 18, Executors: John & Anne Crutcher. Wit: Lewis Pugh, Edward Gill
Note: John died 31 Oct 1725. His wife was evidently Mary who died 6 Mary 1724.

Anne died before her husband wrote his will, 27 Mar 1749.
