p.77 William Butler and Sisley his wife of Westmoreland County and Cople Parish, for 1200#'s of tabacco paid by Richard Benger of Richmond County, North Farnham Parish, do quit claim to Richard Benger and his heirs all title Wm & Sisley Butler now have or that the said Sisley Butler ought to have in 100 acres being part of the dividend of land that Richard Benger now lives on & left by the will of her father, John Crutcher Senr, dec'd to her the said Sisley his daughter.

Son John, remaining land. Grandau Anne Bengey. Grandaughter Eleanor Croucher (sic - Critcher); John Croucher in Consideration of trouble burying me, executor, son John.
